Cardio Dance & Toning

A 45-minute, nonstop cardio party, featuring fun, easy-to-follow dance cardio moves, and, toning for your core and glutes. No dance experience required! You will experience full-body results: Wearables in classes show 700+ calories burned in 45 minutes! Get ready to sweat, shake, and smile for dayzzzz! All you need is a pair of sneakers and an open mind. Our powerful message of body-inclusivity is all about self-acceptance and celebration! Wednesdays at 6:00 pm.

Mixed Level Flow Yoga

Our mixed level vinyasa class is suited for yogis of all levels. The practice is based on sun salutations, and a flow from posture to posture tied to the breath. In Vinyasa, the breath and series of movements work together to build strength and stamina, while relieving areas of tension and revitalizing the body and mind. Modifications of postures are always offered to accommodate all levels; allowing both beginning and advanced students the opportunity to enjoy a satisfying, accessible, and energetic practice.
