We welcome all and will always offer modifications!

You can secure your spot in class by registering online. Once you register online, you can bring your printed receipt to class or simply check in at the front desk.

Saturday, September 15:
Zumba/Pilates Fusion: 9-10 am
Heated Vinyasa Flow: 10-11:30 am
Mixed Level Vinyasa Flow: 3-4:30 pm
Sunday, September 16:
Zumba: 12-12:45 pm
Dancer’s Body: 1-1:45 pm
Kids Yoga: 4:30-5:30 pm
Gentle, Restorative Yoga: 6-7:30 pm
Meg loves to dance, practice yoga, teach Zumba, nosh on delicious things,
and smush her pups with kisses (the same applies to her cute hubby.)
Meg became certified in Zumba Fitness, and has had the most wonderful time dancing with hundreds of wonderful people.
She has taught Zumba master classes at The Loomis Chaffee School, Granby’s WOW:
Women on the Way Program, and at Up or On the Rocks in Hartford, CT. Staying fit, healthy & happy has never been so much fun!
