Studio Policies

We ask that you please sign up online, in advance, if you’re able, so that your teacher has an accurate class list, and, so that we can contact you should there be any changes for your class.


If you need to cancel, you must do so via the Momence app, the same way you signed up. Email, text, and direct message cancellations are not accepted. Thank you for understanding.


We have a two-hour late cancellation policy in place. Please cancel your booking at least 2 hours prior to class. This gives us the chance to open up space for students on the waitlist, or, to let our instructors know if they do not need to hold class. Classes canceled within the two hour window & no- show bookings will result in a loss of class credit, or a $5 cancellation fee for unlimited members.


Please understand that these policies are in place so that we can continue to operate as a very small business, and so that we can respect our teacher's time. Thank you for understanding!


Please note that for all pop-ups, special events, and workshops all sales are final. There are no refunds or credits for any cancellations at any time.


Class passes are good for all regulary scheduled classes, and expire 6 months from first use.


Auto-renewing memberships are subscription-based. Your card will be charged monthly. Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment.


To cancel, we must receive written notice via email-thank you. We will freeze all memberships during extended closings and holiday breaks.


All pricing and fees are subject to change at any time, at our discretion.
