Honey Flow Yoga with Meg 🍯
Embody the essence of honey—slow, steady, and strong. This flow invites you to move with intention, guided breath, and music that carries you through each shape. The pace is unhurried, but the work is deep: slowing down gives you the chance to refine alignment, build strength, and discover the power within mindful movement. This class is accessible for all levels—newer students will feel supported, and seasoned yogis will find plenty of challenge in the details. Like honey, this practice is both sweet and strong: it can energize you into a powerful workout or soften into a more restorative flow. Move slowly, move deeply, and make it what you need.

Flow to the Beat in this all-levels vinyasa-style class that blends breath, movement, and music into one seamless experience. You’ll move through creative sequences that are thoughtfully matched to an energizing soundtrack—designed to help you tune out distractions, drop into your body, and truly flow. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you’ll be guided to move at your own pace and find the rhythm that feels right for you. Expect to sweat a little, smile a lot, and leave feeling grounded,
uplifted, and fully connected.

Mat Pilates with Lexi
This mat-based Pilates workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body strengthening & awareness. The class will lengthen and strengthen the muscles while giving you a fantastic full body workout!

Mixed Level Flow Yoga with Nicole and Diana
This class is based on sun salutations, and a flow from posture to posture tied to the breath. Modifications of postures are always offered to accommodate all levels; allowing both beginning and advanced students the opportunity to enjoy a satisfying, accessible, and energetic practice.

Flow + Restore Yoga with Jen
Begin class with a slow and mindful flow, suitable for all levels. Mid-way through class, you will be transitioned into a supportive, restorative practice. The moving practice prepares the body for deep rest and renewal.

Barre Workout with Diana
A low-impact but highly effective exercise routine that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. By targeting your muscles through isometric movements, barre is an effective way to build total body strength and improve your flexibility. Did we mention it's a lot of fun?? ;)

Mornin’ Quickie Yoga with Jen
Perfect way to start your day and head into the weekend! This class is a shortened, 60 minute version of our Mixed Level Flow class. This class is based on sun salutations, and a flow from posture to posture tied to the breath. A practice that is beneficial to all! In these classes you will use the support of the chair to arrive in yoga poses, move, breathe & ultimately feel good! Benefits of chair yoga include increased mobility, strength, flexibility, stress & pain reduction, and relaxation. This class is always only $5/class - come join us!
